Building resiliency, one child at a time

When families walk through grief, loss, or major life transitions like divorce and separation, children are often left carrying emotions they don’t yet have the tools to process. HomeBuilders steps into that gap—equipping kids with age-appropriate skills to navigate their big feelings, build resiliency, and begin healing in a safe, supportive environment.

Empowering children to overcome adversity

HomeBuilders gives children the tools to process big feelings and equips parents to support emotional regulation and the processing of their feelings in fun, meaningful, and practical ways. Whether your child is struggling with sadness, anger, confusion, or anything in between, HomeBuilders is a safe space where your child can find the help they need to move forward and build the resiliency skills need to not just survive, but to thrive. Don’t go through this alone! We are here to help.

HomeBuilders is not a sit, listen, and learn type of program. It is a move, sing, play, and explore kind of program! No bored kids here—we are learning and moving!

Each lesson is designed with movement in mind, because we know kids learn best when their bodies are engaged. Through purposeful games, music, art, and play, children explore important conversations and practice the tools they need to cope with big emotions. And HomeBuilders isn’t just for kids—parents take part too. In a separate group, they gain practical strategies and encouragement to help their children navigate grief, change, and life’s hard moments with compassion and understanding.
